The house you have in mind
Size, storeys, bedrooms, and how you actually live. If one of our concept plans is close, we start there. If not, that's a normal answer too.
How the money works
Where a construction loan fits, what lenders ask for, and why the drawings come before the loan closes. If you're paying cash, the sequence is simpler and we'll say so.
What happens if you go ahead
Preconstruction is a separate, paid engagement with its own agreement and its own deliverables. We walk you through exactly what it covers and what it doesn't, before you decide anything.
So you know where you stand
- The consultation is free and there is nothing to sign on this page.
- We will not quote you a price per square foot on the call. We have written about why.
- If your lot or your budget doesn't work for what you want, we would rather tell you on a free call than after you have paid us.
If you decide to go ahead after the call, the next step is a preconstruction agreement you review and sign, with the fee due on signing. We will send you that separately. It is never signed on a phone call.
