12 completed ground-up homes — 35,902 square feet in total, completed 2021–2025 in the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand area and Longs, South Carolina, and in Charlotte and Lexington, North Carolina.

Every home completed to date is conventionally wood framed. Steel framing begins with our 2027 builds.
