Warranty at Southern View Homes is run in-house rather than sending you to whoever did the work. There is one published intake channel, and the homeowner never has to chase a subcontractor.

Year 1
Workmanship and materials
Workmanship and materials are covered for the full first year.
Years 1–2
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC distribution
The plumbing, electrical, and HVAC distribution systems are covered through year two.
Years 1–10
Insured structural coverage
Structural coverage is insured through a third-party underwriter, and we pay for it — not you.
Manufacturer
Appliances and equipment
Appliances and equipment carry their own manufacturer warranties.
A 30-day check
We schedule a visit about 30 days after you move in.
An 11-month walkthrough
Before the first-year period closes, we walk the house with you.
