The Coral Coquina is a design study inspired by the all-coralstone home Oscar de la Renta built at Punta Cana — the residence whose stone and coral work came from Miguel H. Peña's father. Today the next generation of that family of builders brings the same ideas — coral stone, deep verandas, light and shade — to homes in North and South Carolina.

Warranty requests come to us. You'll never be sent chasing a subcontractor.

When something needs attention, you call us.
Warranty at Southern View Homes is run in-house — not handed to whichever subcontractor did the work. Coverage includes workmanship and materials in year one, plumbing, electrical and HVAC distribution systems into year two, and insured structural coverage through year ten, plus two scheduled visits in the first year.
