- 02We book their consultation and run a lot review on the land they own or are looking at.
- 03They sign our Preconstruction Agreement: design, engineering, budget and a permit-ready plan set.
- 04You represent them on the lot purchase and keep them updated with us from contract to keys.

- 01Our clients who want to build in your market but don't own land yet get introduced to you.
- 02You find the lot. Send us the address before they go under contract.
- 03We run feasibility — zoning, setbacks, utilities, flood — so the lot fits the house they want.
- 04They sign the Preconstruction Agreement with us; you close the lot through your brokerage.
How you get paid: through your brokerage, on the lot or home you close — the same way you're paid today. We don't pay or accept referral fees, so there's nothing for your broker or RESPA to untangle.
